DISPATCHED FROM THE CROSSROADS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF sacred & profane
Saturday, 9.23.06: Week In Review
Busy week with projects.
Working pretty diligently on my animation masterpiece. Got so far as recording a voicetrack yesterday. Now I can really start laying out my storyboards.
Joanne and I decided to try a collaboration on an audio-visual piece to be used as a mini-meditation — something a busy woman could use at her desk to calm and center herself. We did our first recording session on Thursday afternoon. A possible sale item!
In between all this creativity, Jim and I are cataloging and price-checking a collection of 350 books we're thinking of selling. A bookseller is coming through town on Thursday to check it out, so we want to be prepared. We also have to do a little house-cleaning so that the guy can actually access the shelves in Jim's office and take a gander at books we have elsewhere in the house.
Found time for drinks out on Tuesday evening.
Remembered my dad, who died a year ago this week.

Thumbs Up if you liked this entry.
