Constructing a Workbench Stool

I wanted a tall stool to go with my stand-up workbench, so I made my first trip to Harbor Freight.

Of course, it came in a million pieces. I had to research the purpose and function of a "lock nut." This led me to pulling out socket wrenches, ratcheting screwdriver, Allen wrenches, Phillips-head screwdriver, etc. (proof that you can't own too many tools). I always congratulate myself when I realize I need to put a socket wrench to work 💡—no dementia yet!

Amid much muttering and cursing (as required), the height-adjustable swivel stool is now definitively pieced together. Wine poured.
