That's bad if you work for an organization when multiple layers of committees have "suggestions" about how to make the site look like it came out of the big corporation cookie-cutter -- my technical skills are quickly depleted.
But, left to my own devices, with enough hours to kill, I can sometimes come up with something interesting -- something that takes advantage of what I CAN do while avoiding what I can't.
